- two (2) $3,000 one-year scholarships will be awarded for the 2011-2012 school year.
Administered by the AIST Foundation, this scholarship was established by Chaparral Steel as a tribute to Ronald Lincoln and is awarded to individuals who best exemplify the qualities of leadership and innovation for which Mr. Lincoln was so well known throughout his career. Scholarships will be granted to full-time undergraduate students with a genuine demonstrated interest in a career in the iron andsteel industry and majoring in the field of engineering, metallurgy or materials science field at an accredited U.S. college or university.

Recipients of the above AIST Foundation Scholarship will receive a complimentary student membership to the Material Advantage Student program, for each year they receive a scholarship.
