The Massachusetts Historical Society will offer short-term and long-term
research fellowships for the academic year 2011-2012, including two
MHS-NEH Long-Term Fellowships, made possible by an award from the
National Endowment for the Humanities, and the Suzanne and Caleb Loring
Fellowship on the Civil War, its Origins, and Consequences.

The Society also offers Short-Term Fellowships and participates in the
New England Regional Fellowship Consortium. For more information about
